WARRANTY & TERMS
Phenix Lighting warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five [5] years.

All Phenix emergency modules passed min.500 hours reliability test with temperature 85°C[185°F] and humidity 95%, thus ensuring verylow failure rate out of millions of emergency modules exported to all around the world in the past decade years.

MILESTONES
2024
With the leadership and precipitation in inverter technology, Phenix began to enter the energy storage track and launched first home energy storage product.
2023
UFO emergency Driver series was launched. Its innovative design solved common complicated wiring problems, and realized very easy and fast external wiring without disassemble the lighting and opening the housing of the emergency driver.
2022
Cold-pack LED AC+Emergency Driver series was launched. It’s a small size emergency driver series with AC driver and emergency function in one, suitable for ambient temperatures from -40 to +50 Celsius degrees and the emergency time is over 90 minutes.
2021
Dimmable Emergency Lighting control device was introduced. This is another revolutionary product used for emergency power distribution for the emergency lighting systems powered by inverters or generators.
2020
Cold-pack LED emergency driver series was launched. The first series in the world can not only work well under -40 Celsius degrees but the emergency time is over 90 minutes.
2018
Linear LED emergency Driver series was launched. This is smallest size led emergency backups with built-in battery in the world.
2017
The first UL approved Mini Inverter with pure sinusoidal AC output was launched.
2010
Set up the strategic cooperation with North American’s top brand customers on LED emergency lighting equipment. The Integrated LED AC+ Emergency driver was published and widely praised.
2006
The first CE &UL universal fluorescent emergency ballast was launched and installed in the emergency lightings of Vestas wind towers. The first self-designed LED lighting series came into Nordic Philips’ product range. Transition from fluorescent to LED lighting.
2005
Fluorescent lighting products accessed to German high end retail market. First UL fluorescent emergency ballast was launched.
2003
Phenix Lighting was established.

WARRANTY & TERMS
Phenix Lighting warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. The warranty period starts on the date of invoice, which typically coincides with the ship date from the factory. All Phenix Lighting’s products have been performed 100% quality control before shipped from the factory.
